Snowdays had worked with teacher Ken Gadbow in the past, but this was the first time at the East Portland High School. Pretty much every student had never been on a snowboard, but a few skated nearby Glenhaven skate park. The skaters started ripping pretty quick and the rest of the squad followed. By 3:00, every student had gone down the big hill at least once! MVPs of the trip were new volunteers Jaron, Andrew, and Keegan. Keegan is actually a Snowdays Alumni and shreded with us at Trillium Charter School in seasons past. Can’t wait to see everyone in two weeks!
