The first Snowdays Day trip in 2014 started with clear sunny skies and warm temperatures. IHAD (I Have A Dream) brought up 8 riders to test their skills on the mountain. Andrew (14 years old), shown here shredding, demonstrated a healthy amount of determination to slide down the mountain with style. All 8 students by the end of the day had mastered skating, one footed J-turns, and the Bruno chair lift at Timberline.
Next trip, we can imagine that all of the riders will be sliding more advanced terrain and linking turns together. We are excited to see some progression in skills in all riders. Thank you Kate Lee for helping us coordinate with your students and many thanks to all the volunteer coaches for this trip: Tom E, Tom W, Meleni S, Andy W, Ben T, and Graham M.
