When founding member and longtime executive director Spencer Fransway stepped down, Snowdays knew his boots would be tough to fill. His experience and intimate familiarity with all facets of the organization were unmatched. Today, after a lengthy search, Snowdays is happy to welcome Scott Keating to the team to step into that role.

“We needed someone with both business acumen and a magnanimous personality. Anyone who knows Scott knows he has both,” said Jen Lorentzen, marketing director. Scott brings years of experience and passion to the team. From his work as business development director with Nike SB to his countless hours on the snow and in skateparks, it’s clear he has the skill set necessary to help Snowdays thrive. Not only that, Scott is one of very few people to participate in every Snowdays golf tournament. [I can change this if it’s not true]

“I couldn’t be more excited to join Snowdays and give back to the snowboarding community that I love,” said Scott. “It’s Snowdays’ mission to provide life skills through snowboarding and I’m happy to add my skills to the team and help our students see what’s possible through the fun challenge of snowboarding.”
